I am organizing a dinner for our local support group at Benihana and will
be meeting with their head chef to discuss the menu.  I would like to hear
from anyone with information or feedback based on experience eating at one
of these restaurants.  I'd also appreciate receiving information on
organizing a dinner for celiac groups.  This is the first time I've taken
on arranging this type of event.  I'd like to make sure I'm addressing all
the areas of concern.
