I searched the list and haven't seen anything recent on this topic.

I'm trying to convert my pantry to gf and am looking for a good
substitute for egg noodles (Pennsylvania Dutch, Manischewitz) both the
wide noodles and the skinny kind for soup.  I tried the gf spaghetti for
soup once and it just doesn't have the right body.

I've heard of some good recipes.  But, I'm not the make it from scratch
type. I just want to buy it. I will summarize.
