What I can't understand is how you can make this gluten-free, wheat-free
claim, both here on the list, and on your site's cover page, and then sell
Tritamyl Bread Mix, which while gluten-free by UK standards, has wheat, and
is not gluten-free by US standards. This bread mix has always included
wheat starch. This can be easily confirmed by going to their UK page at:

  http://www.glutenfree-foods.co.uk/tritamyl.html

I don't include this product on my page on vendor links. I just hope that
this is the only gluten-free, wheat-free product at your site that includes
gluten and wheat.

Don.
