As nice as scones are, I've always been parial to crumpets with lots of Devon cream. Anyone have a good recipe for GF crumpets that aren't TOO hard to make?

A nice Afternoon High Tea was previously one of my favorite meals, so I'm slowly piecing together a GF version that I can make myself.
