My college -aged daughter is moving off campus  and she has very limited
cooking experience.  I am putting together  a booklet of basic quick & easy
recipes  for her . not focused on  baking  but more like cheap and fast meal
ideas such as basic fried rice ;  how to roast a chicken, etc.

 

I would welcome  contributions if you have a favorite family recipe .   I
would also welcome suggestions for websites - again, focusing on simple
survival cooking , not how to make a gf wedding cake! J.   Or cookbook
suggestions.
