I received several replies to my inquiry regarding travel to Sacramento,

Outback Steakhouse in Roseville and on Howe Ave.

PF Changs in Roseville and on 16th and J downtown.

Pei Wei in Roseville.

In-N-Out Burger.  Have meat wrapped in lettuce, omit special sauce.  Fries
and milkshakes are gf.

Thai Basil, many locations.

Carrabbas.

Bonefish Grill.

Scott's Seafood

For Shopping:
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Raleys, Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op,
Albertsons.
