Several people have brought it to my attention that not all of us who
subscribe to the list have internet access.  Some have e-mail only.  If you
would like to have the recipes that I have posted to date on my web page
e-mailed to you, let me know.  Also indicate if you would like me to send
you new recipes as I post them on the web page.

Hope this will help everyone without internet access.
