Hi all,

I'm looking for infomation on whether or not blue food dye #1 is a
problem...have heard that blueM&Ms are a n0-no, and have my 4 yr old
agreeably picking them out .  But why?  *Is* it blue #1---and what about
popsicles- they always list it in their ingredients......all those funky
ones at the grocery store that she'd like to eat?
