Hello!

I am planning a trip with a small child (3) who has CD and would like to know if baby wipes or the evaporating alcohol hand sanitizers will kill gluten on your hands to avoid contamination.

We are doing a 14.5 hour drive and I really do not want to stop and take the time it would take for her to eat in the restaurant. But, I am only packing food for her, but not the rest of us. So, I need a way for the non-GF person in the car to eat and then decontaminate his/her hands without being able to wash them with soap and water.

Does this make any sense?

Thanks in advance. Kimberlee
