Dear Listmates,

I did not receive any good news about charcoal.  The only definite reply was
that Kingsford is not GF.  I did manage to find some "real wood" charcoal at
a hardware store later in the day, so I did manage to cook my chicken.  BTW,
real charcoal tastes so much better.

From what I understand, the problem with the briquets is that they are often
made with waste products from wheat manufacturing.  Besides, it makes the
food taste awful.  And I think we will make the gas grill purchase soon.
