Finally, stores are beginning to carry the New Gluten-Free Labeled products
from Bob's Red Mill.  Some members may not know that back in January Bob's
opened a separate room to make Gluten Free flours and mixes, to eliminate
(hopefully) the contamination issue they had.

The GF Bread Mix was easy to make, needed to add only 4 ingredients including
water and eggs, and worked well in my bread maker.  And it was cheaper than
mail order.  Enjoy.

I still have to get mine from the mainland or other islands as I haven't
found it on Oahu yet.
