I originally asked if anyone else had problems with Planters mixed nuts. I had 24 responses. Thanks! The results were almost exactly 50-50. Some did have trouble, some didn't. Two people suggested some cross contamination possibilities, while 3 said they only had trouble with the dry roasted nuts (not sure why). 3 more felt the problem is with the nuts themselves (hard to digest), and 2 said they only had trouble with the exotic flavors (like honey). Three people from my local area suggested the Hy Vee brand rather than Planters. I have actually spoken to one celiac who said the Planters nuts made him sick, but the Hy Vee didn't.

Thanks again for all your input!
