I was so excited to hear that Pizzeria Uno finally put GF pizza on their
menu in all locations. On Sunday I did have the GF pizza in a Pizzeria
Uno in Dover, DE. I was so disappointed. It was the worst GF pizza I
have ever had. The crust had a strange taste and it totally fell apart.
I had to eat the whole thing with a knife and fork. The crust was like
biscuit dough. It wasn't crispy or even brown at all. I don't know if it
was that particular place or if they are all like that, but I would be
hesitant to order it again. There were other items on their GF menu that
I think I would order if I had to eat there again but not the pizza.
