There were conflicting reports on whether or not the ice cream sandwich maker ingredients were gluten free (the package says gluten free, the website says contains wheat).  Anyway, I emailed the company and here is their response:

Hi, 
Thank you for contacting Jakks Pacific, Inc. 

Our Ice Cream Sandwich dough contains wheat and gluten. It is processed in a facility that processes wheat and gluten ingredients.  However, Our Cupcake maker does not contain Wheat or Wheat Gluten.
