A week ago I asked if any one living in the Washington, DC area had any
experience with the flourless Passover cakes made by Sutton Place Gourmet. I
have not recieved any responses other than interest in buying the cakes if
gluten free.

I was not able to get any detailed information on the specifics of the
kitchen where they were baked, ie - whether they were made in a Kosher
environment or not from the company. I did speak with one local woman who
eats a Kosher diet, who said she wouldn't trust the facility one bit as far
as contamination is concerned.

So, I am going to give up on the store until next year and I thank you for
your responses.

Joany
