Hi everyone,
My doctor told me yesterday that I have refractory sprue and I need to
see someone else who knows more about treatment options. If anyone else has
this and had sucess with treatments, could you e-mail me so I can have an
idea of what is ahead of me? My GI says probobly some sort of steroid
treatment, but he really isn't sure. Is this common among celiacs? The doctor
said I am the first person he has diagnosed with refractory sprue and he has
diagnosed dozens of people with Celiac Disease..
Happy New Year!
Jill
