I'm in Palm Desert, California for 3 weeks for work and already having a
disaster of an experience trying to stay gluten free (the hotel tried to
cater to me....and instead of the promised polenta with my vegetables (in
which I found a piece of crusty bread), they definitely served me
couscous....i haven't been that sick since my "trigger" night in February.
AWFUL)....
I have discovered the Trader Joes but am often eating with a large group of
people....
anyone with restaurant/cafe/etc suggestions to help me out? all
thoughts/suggestions would be so much appreciated. I'll summarize responses
and experiences after. Thank you thank you in advance...
