Thanks to everyone who responded to my post. There are many!

I am going to list the names of the turkeys or place or suggestions.

Honeysuckle Says no gluten on package (This was the favorite)
Butterball (This was the 2nd favorite)
Norbest
Safeway "Townhouse" name of turkey
Smithfield
Pilgrims' Pride
Shady Brooks Farms
Trader Joes

Free Range Amish turkey for a local Louisville, KY meat shop

Albertson's brand and organic turkeys are G.F. Always read the label to look for wheat or wheat starch.

Make a call to your local meat department...they can tell you on fresh turkeys if there is anything added to the bird.

Oh, and just in case somebody tells you Butterball isn't G.F. They're wrong. This celiac urban myth has been on the Internet for years now. Heck, Butterball even changed their gravy packets so that they're G.F.

 HAPPY THANKSGIVING
