Since my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease about a month ago, we
have visited Max and Erma's in RIDC Park in O'Hara Township twice.  Both
times, both the server and cook were extremely friendly and helpful.

Jim ordered a hamburger without the bun the first time.  They made him
special fries that were not coated with flour.  The second time he ordered a
steak salad without the breadstick, etc.  We brought our own salad dressing
and condiments from home, just in case.
