So far I've always gotten proper GF food with Lufthansa, although the
flight attendents do give me regular rolls. But the GF meal always has rice
cakes or GF bread, so it's not a problem.

Air France seems to ignore special meal orders, I flew with them twice and
both times nobody had heard of any special arrangement, even though the
travel agent confirmed it.
