My 2-year-old daughter attends preschool, and each week the kids "make" challah by manipulating frozen bread dough, kneading it, adding raisins, etc.

I've brought in my own GF bread dough (one batch was Bob's Red Mill mix, the other batch was a GF challah recipe) and the dough is incredibly sticky, adhering to her hands -- making a big mess and taking much scrubbing to get off.

Does anyone have any experience with a non-sticky GF bread dough (especially one that would stand up to being mauled by a 2-year-old's hands)? Whether it tastes good is purely secondary.

Many thanks,

Eve
