Does anyone use this $19.99 list? Opinions? Is it reliable? 

I am considering wearing eye makeup and lipstick again. Haven't in many years. Just got lazy... And I am an animal lover. (No need for an animal to suffer so I can have green eyelids!)

I do not want to do any mail order. If it isn't in my local stores, I don't need it.

So first, I want gf, then I will call companies about animal testing.
