Several people have e-mailed me to ask if the flavored variety of
Guiltless Gourmet chips are GF. No, they are not. The company clearly
states that only the unflavored chips can be considered GF (please
note that the blue corn variety is unflavored and therefore safe).
The flavored chips contain wheat flour, and are therefore not safe
for us.
Guiltless Gourmet chips and salsas are widely available at
supermarkets and healthfood stores, at least here in New York. They
have the added advantage of being baked, not fried, so that they
contain much less fat than ordinary tortilla chips.
                                   regards to all,
                                         Mary in NYC
