I wanted to clarify one of the entries on the ferritin message posted
today. The entry that states the standard dose for iron is 325mg three
times a day for ferrous sulfate is only for those persons who are anemic
and should not be taken without consultation with your health care
provider. High doses of iron can be dangerous if you are not deficient.
