WELL,

Boca burgers are unequivaocally NOT GF.  How's that for a summary?  Now I just
need to figure out what to do with the 5 boxes of them that we got!

Many people did mention that the company is working on removing the gluten
from the burgers, but as of yet, they are not safe.  Thank you for all the
responses.
