Any one in the south suburbs of Chicago please check out New Lenox and
Little Joe's Restaurant on 1300 N Cedar.  They have the best gluten free
pizza ever!  It could pass for a regular crust pizza it was so good.    I've
also had their gluten free pasta dishes, and they are generous and fabulous.
Note they do cut the pizza with a designated cutter and cook it on foil in
the ovens.  The owner, Sue, was diagnosed and so was her son.  They are
looking into more items to add to their list. ( buffalo wing pizza!..etc. ).
If you live in the area you owe it to yourself to try their pizza.   It's
the best gluten free I have ever had. Paulette
