I got a lot of feed-back about this post.  Some people thought I was talking 
about a dairy-free ice cream.  It's actually a lactose-free DAIRY ice cream.  
Some people wanted to know what the ingredients are.  They're :milk, sugar, 
natural flavorings (at least part of which is vanilla), tara gum (??) and lactase 
(the lactose-destroying enzyme, just like in Lactaid milk).  Mary b
