On June 27, Karen Davis said

germ oil".

Isn't wheat germ oil a good source of vitamin E? Vitamin E is added to some
vegetable oils, usually prominently labelled. It shows up in the list of
ingredients as one of several tocopherols. I asked the question earlier as
to the source of vitamin E in these oils, but got no answer. It may be
made synthetically, but the argument Karen gives against wheat germ on the
basis of cost might not hols for the trace amounts needed as a vitamin.

Food chemist please?
