When we were newly diagnosed we successfully stayed in a B&B in Ohio
where the lady knew all about celiac disease. We chose to stay there
because they could board our horse for the night. She didn't have CD,
but she had a close friend who did. We were so new to celiac that it
didn't dawn on me that was very unusual to get uncontaminated, GF food.
But in retrospect, I realize that others might be interested in knowing
about them.
