Hi All--

At least one person wanted to know the answer to my
question about just how good Kinnikinnick Bread was,
so I've tallied your replies. Thanks a bunch for being
so candid and descriptive...it really helps to know
details.

I received at least 30 replies - here's what you said:

1. Eat Kinnikinnick & Glutano only

2. Many people suggested the Introductory Offers from
Kinnikinnick - several different kinds of bread and
sundry other items for $24.95 or so.

3. Kinnikinnick is good, but prefer GF Pantry Favorite
Sandwich Bread Mix

4. Like Ener-G Tapioca bread

5. Like Kinnikinnick, but it can be dry, spongy,
plastic (three different responses here)

6. Like Bread of Life brand bread

7. Kinnikinnick's English muffins are closest to real
bread!

8. Try Chebe

9. Like GF Cookie Co. bread

10. Like Gilliansfoods bread - rolls are great.

But the majority of those who wrote were very pleased
with Kinnikinnick and thought $15 for shipping was
well worth it - as long as one bought in quantity.

Two or three people suggested making my own bread. I
asked one person for a particular recipe, but the
point of this "survey" was to avoid making bread
myself. I have a central nervous system & immune
system dysfunction that causes me to sleep 24-36 hours
at times. When I wake up, I can be very disoriented -
thus, not safe in the kitchen with sharp objects.
Mostly, I'm too tired to keep experimenting and I
needed a bread that I could count on to be fairly good
consistently.

You all are truly a wonderful bunch of people - thank
you for taking so much time out of your hectic lives
to be a part of my "survey" team!

Cheers,
Ayn
