Dear listmembers,

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who
responded so supportively to my post.  The outpouring of genuine caring and
concern was overwhelming!  I received over 40 messages either privately or
on the listserv to date.  I did write to the listserv owner as requested to
inform him of the email address of the "flamer" so that this person could
be reprimanded.  I feel like I belong to a very warm, caring "family" and
my only hope is that I can be as supportive of all of you as you are of me.

Many of you mentioned that it's very important to keep calling companies
and not let this "person" intimidate me.  It takes a lot to intimidate me
especially when it comes to protecting my children.  My mother hen
qualities become extremely strong when the nest is threatened.
