In the Pacific Northwest, Bob's Red Mill provides an awful lot of GF
ingredients - Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Tapioca Flour, you name it. And
it's available in most every supermarket.

After using some of their products, I decided to visit their website
(www.bobsredmill.com). They have a section for customer feedback - I asked
them if they had any GF recipes, and a week later I found a fat envelope
full of about 3 dozen recipes in my mailbox - you may want to do the same.

They also have a store locator, a catalog to send out and ordering online,
all at very reasonable prices, in quantities ranging from 1 lb to 25 lbs..

good luck!
