I recieved one reply which was helpful for the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. There
are several health food stores that I can utilize as follows: Sunflower
Shoppe in Ft. Worth off Camp Bowie in East Ft. Worth area. Healthy Approach
in Colleyville off Hwy. 121 and Glade Rd. There also is a Whole Foods in
Arlington,Tex. on Lamar off I-30.

I did not receive responses for the Louisiana area, so I will venture forth
and submit what I found to be helpful just in case any of you have to go to
the Northern Louisiana area. I will be travelling on Delta and will also let
you know of my experience with their "gluten-free" meal. I will summarize
after my trip is over in late July.
