1. I, too, had the recipe come through without the correct measurements.
I went to the Celiac Archives and found it there and it was intact.  I
copied it from there.  Too, I don't know what methylcellulose is either,
but it's also available from Ener-G and it's less expensive.  Miss
Roben's is discontinuing it because it's not a big seller but they told
me about Ener-G having it.

2.One more thing about methylcellulose: you can substitute measure for
measure Knox's powdered gelatin (Miss Roben's told me that).
