Soil Based Probiotics

I've heard a lot about Probiotics helping to heel the gut and it was
suggested I try Primal Defense.  It's a soil based Probiotic.
Does anyone know if Primal Defense or SBX are safe for Celiac's?  Some of
the ingredients maed me wonder.

I'm looking for safe ways to strengthen my gut flora.
