Folks, not long ago, 12/29/05 to be exact, I posted a request for YOUR GF
product ideas! Reason: A nearby GF bakery is doubling its' size this month &
next. While it benefits more folks in & around it's immediate location, the bakery
ships thru-out the U.S. Anyhow, I asked what items would you like to see
(over & above the fresh-baked breads, muffins, cookies, etc.), in a GF store.
Here are the results that will be given to the owner - YOUR input re: what to
stock new GF shelving with:
Ocean Spray Craisins (reg. & flavored)
      GF Danish
      GF Crackers like Triscuits
      GF Vanilla wafer cookies
      GF Sugar Cookie
      GF Crepe Mix
      GF Funnel Cake Mix
GF Bagels (2 votes - 1 said Kinnickkinnick are too small/hard w/ no
flavor)
      GF Gift Baskets
GF Spaghetti O's (Note: e-mail did say, "...this is probably a
stretch")
      GF Jalapeno Cheese Bread
GF Goldfish ("...like the Pepperidge Farm kind")
Small sampling of Celiac Ref. books (used D. Korn as sugg'd author)
      GF Mixes
Small bags of GF ingredients for "Do-it-yourself" folks
Vitamins/Skin Care Prods (More RSVP please: Which are GF certified?)
      GF Pie Crust
      GF Dinner Rolls
      GF Coffee Cake
      Kashi Cranberry Sunshine Cereal
      (Nonalcoholic)
            Coca-Cola & it's related brands e.g., Diet Cherry Coke
      (Alcoholic)
GF New Grist Beer - Lake Front Brewery
            GF Bard's Beer
            GF O'Brien's - Australia - they're coming to the U.S. in ~ 3 Mos.

If there's more you thought of, let me know. Thanks to everyone that RSVP'd,

Mike
