Dear Listserv members,
Cecilia asked if there was any up-to-date DVD about Celiac Disease.
I am happy to report that Michelle Pietzak, MD, has created both. The
excellent resources are available at www.glutenfreemd.com. I have listened
to the CD and found it so helpful for newbies and even professionals. There
is a video preview of the DVD on the website.
Dr. Pietzak is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Childrens
Hospital in Los Angeles. Her center was one that participated in the
original 3-year prevalence study with the University of Maryland. She shares
her expertise in Celiac Disease at many conferences. I have no financial
interest in these products.
