Drei Pauly is best for Crackers, the others for Pasta...
 
I can also find Japanese buckwheat noodles from MITOKU MACROBIOTIC
and I like them very much, except for ther price.
 
Try to convince your health food store to contact the respective
companies in order to get information and products.
 
NOTE: Buckwheat has been discussed in the list, please decide for
      yourself, whether to eat it or not...
