Hi all -
 My first time writing to the listserve, and overall, I've found reading the 
postings very handy. I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease in April after 
*years* of issues. 
 I am off to Las Vegas for 3 weeks for business....I've never been to Vegas 
before....Any food advice/restaurants/grocery stores/cafes ETC for while I'm 
out there? All words would be much appreciated. I'll compile a list off the 
responses and post back to the listserve. I fly out tomorrow!
