I am delighted to inform you all that this delicious beef base bouillon is gluten free, and so is the chicken base, and all of their bouillons.  I bought a jar of this today, and immediately called the company after accessing their site at www.superiortouch.com<http://www.superiortouch.com/>  They assured me it is gluten free.  I can tell you that it is divine and from now on will be the base for my gravies and my soups.  Yum thank you Superior Touch!  Jackie in Maryland
