Hi!
I just wanted to let the group know that all the advice about GLAs/EFAs
prompted me to go out and get some.

 According to the Tri-County Celiac Sprue Support Group's shopping guide
10/98-10/99 Arrowhead Mills Flax/Borage oil capsules are Gluten-free.
I am so glad because it is I capsule form so no nasty taste. So far I feel
better than I have in months(emotionally) and I have yet to see the results
on my skin. I have no financial link to Arrowhead Mills, just trying to get
me Omega-3s.
