Hi All,

My celiac daughter, Allison will be attending the University of San Diego in the Fall.  I am working with the Director of Dining Services to get in some improved gluten free products for their various eateries on campus.
The dining director is limited to ordering GF products through a company called Food Innovations.  Food Innovations provides specialty foods to the University's main supplier, U.S. Foods.

Anyway, the Food Innovations Gluten Free catalogue is quite extensive.  They have many products available but for the sake of making things as simple as possible, I would like to narrow down my request to the dining director to ordering a good bread, hamburger bun, sandwich roll or bagel and maybe donuts. I called Food Innovations today to ask them who were the suppliers of the products in their catalogue. The woman I spoke with highly recommended one supplier called "Gluten Free Creations".  Her husband happens to be wheat free and she has tried many of the products that Food Innovations supplies and these were among her favorites.

Oddly enough, after 15 years of ordering GF food from what I thought was almost every supplier in existence, I have never heard of this company. So, I'm asking you all if you have tried any of the Gluten Free Creations products and what you think of the taste and freshness etc.?
Based on the responses from this list I will probably order a sampling of their products to have my daughter try them as well.

Also, by the remote chance that any of you have had food service experience and know of any other great products that Food Innovations supplies, please let me know!

Thanks everyone for your help.
