Help!  Does anyone know if celiac disease is covered under this Act of Congress as something that must be accommodated for at schools, etc?  I'd greatly appreciate input as it relates to this and to schools being required to provide food for our celiac children and accommodating them in other ways as well.  Thanks, Jennifer in AZ
