Most gluten-free flours are devoid of real food value. Adding organic mesquite results in baked goods with food value and imparts a rich, sweet taste. Mesquite can also be used as a condiment or in drinks.

2 Tablespoons of mesquite has the 6 grams of fiber (24% of the recommended daily amount) and 1.5 grams of protein.

Adding organic mesquite to baking will give you results even the wheat eaters in the family will love - if they notice it is different at all! The texture of your baked goods will improve and finished items will last several days - as the matter of fact they taste better if baked a day before eating.

You can't loose giving it a try.
