Hi everyone, I had made some gluten free bread and the next day I wanted
some and I didn't want to toast it and you know how sometime it looses some
of it's moisture. Well I put it in the microwave with the first time
without butter on 30% power for about 45-60 seconds depending on your
microwave. With a cover with a vent that they make for the microwave so
things don't splatter all over your oven. With the vent open just slightly
the steam put the moister right back into the bread and warmed it almost
like you had just baked it. It was good the next time I put butter on it
and it melted it at the same time. I also did it with one without the
vent. Try it you might find it works for you. Linda
