I did a recent survery on bulk laxatives. One poster said that Stokes
Pharmacy states that FiberCon is GF.  According to a call made today, they
cannot guarantee that the product is GF, as they get their ingredients from
different suppliers.  They said that they are trying to remedy this and to
call again in about a month.  The manufacturer is Lederle.  Also, Citrucel
contains a trace amt. of gluten.  A call about Mettamucil- the rep. states
that all products, except the wafers, are GF and lactose free.  Karen from
