Consider that you may simply have multiple food allergies. Why not go
to an *allergist* who specializes in food allergies? There are lots
of them around, and they know a lot about controlling diet to find the
responsible foods. You can also have them do some skin testing for
food allergies, but these tests are not that reliable. But they may
give you a basis for experimenting with the diet.

Also, what makes you so sure that you have removed all the wheat from your
diet? It took me nearly two *years* after my gastro asked me to go on a wheat
free diet for me to expose all of the foods that were causing problems. I'm
still learning. The six months after my doctor asked me to go on a wheat
free diet were a joke: there was still so much wheat in my diet from
hydrogenated vegetable oils and other sources in processed foods that I
incorrectly concluded that wheat had nothing to do with my problems.

In my own case, I have problems with wheat and corn. High fructose corn syrup
is in a *lot* of processed foods, as is corn starch.
