Until now the best bread I've found is Ener-G tapioca loaf. Been eating
that for six years. It does make good toast.

But I found in a grocery store where we are moving a wheat and gluten free
bread by Food for Life: Rice Almond bread, fruit juice sweetened with no
preservatives. Made by Food for Life Baking Co.., Inc., 2991 E Doherty
Street, Corona CA 91719.

Ingredients are: Brown Rice flour, white rice flour, fruit juice, almond
meal, tapioca flour, safflower oil, fresh yeast, carbohydrate gum (from
corn seed), rice bran, arrow root, herbs.

It is a slightly heavy, nutty tasting bread. Good with sandwiches. Not
crumbly like most gf breads are. -vance

Oh yes. Not now nor ever have been related to nor having a relationship
with anyone remotely connected with this company,* that I know of (that
last phrase is one I learned from the disclosure form by the lawyer I just
bought this house from). A useful phrase, apparently. -vance
