I am thinking about taking a tour of Eastern Europe.  It  will have a
buffet breakfast every day and most dinners on an ala carte basis. Are
there foods that are safe and those that must be avoided.  In the travel
books, seems to be a lot of breading and frying.  Is it easy to
communicate with the waiters?  Would appreciate any help.    Sheila
