A few months ago, I heard about a paper presented at a conference that
suggested the serum testing for celiac disease at some labs was not as
reliable as had been hoped. Does anyone have any more specifics on this:
what conference and when (I think they said at U. of Maryland last summer
but am not sure) and who wrote the paper?

I don't mean to alarm anyone; my understanding is that this is only one
study reported in one paper. But I'd like to share it with the GI at our
next visit if I can track down a reference.

Thanks!

Jean
